David Nemmers has been the owner of Midstate Security Company Based in Michigan since 2007. Midstate Security installs and designs integrated electronic security and monitoring systems. Midstate Security services state and local government needs in the critical areas of prison and court security, video conferencing for arraignments, and monitored home detentions.
David joins me on the Wow Factor to discuss how he turned an outdated analog technology business into a company more suited to the modern digital world. He shares why he had to ask his employees to take furlough days during the recession and why he was delighted to be able to pay them back when business improved.
