Danny Ludeman previously served as CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he increased revenue from $300 million to $10 billion during his tenure. He also attends Covenant Seminary, where he is pursuing a divinity degree.

This week  on the podcast Danny shares why he decided to pursue an opportunity outside the financial sector  when he retired. He tells us what led him to the important work that Concordance does to reduce the reincarceration rate among participants released from prison. We also discuss the factors that contribute to the cycle of reincarceration and how providing the right mix of interventions can help justice-involved individuals break that cycle.
