Carey joins me on The WOW Factor podcast to share the details behind his realization that there are times in our day that are optimal for deep thinking and strategy, and there are parts of the day where you need to change the pace. We discussed why it’s essential to figure out what you’re best at and keep those talks in your green zone when you’re most likely to be at the top of your game. Why we need to be intentional about developing our gifts as leaders, recognize that they are dynamic, and focus on growing and using those skills.

A lot of us keep living for that week at the ocean, and we know how to do time off well, but we do not know how to do our time on well. You need to figure out how to manage your time on so that you don't have to live at an unsustainable pace.
